Default Codes c1223 abs, c1246 pressure sensor master cylinder and c1249 lamp switch abs

I ran codes on my LS430 2001 and had the above results. Also, have been having trouble starting with a 3-year old Lexus battery. Not holding charge. Showing 350 CCA when taken out and tested at auto parts stores.

Could codes indicate problems be causing batter drain?
Should you replace battery with similar CCA rated battery,
or is higher rated CCA better or worse, and why?

Thanks for help.

You need a better battery, that's not enough CCA.
