Could be possible that his mechanic is thinking of the LS460, those have a chain.

Not to make light of it, but my aunt had the wrong side of her body operated on. Professionals ought to be able to give accurate information. Can you guess the outcome? The medical team apologized profusely and offered to do the correct side without any charge.
