Default Cause of Intermittent Vibration at Idle?

Lately I have noticed my steering wheel and gear shifter will vibrate (not harshly, but enough to notice) when at idle. It seems to go away if I put it in park or begin driving. It only does it about half the time and doesn’t seem to be dependent on temperature. The engine itself seems to have a very slight vibration if I put my hand to the engine cover. No CEL at the moment. Everything else is fine except I think I have a bad belt tensioner (replaced belt but still hearing a squeak). Could the vibration be related to a bad belt tensioner? What about the engine mounts? Are these symptoms consistent with failing mounts?

Replace the Rear Engine (aka Transmission) mount.
