Agree with everyone above, you’ve come this far and it looks like you may be in the clear.
Don’t let all the effort go to waste because you chose the wrong fluid. Replace ALL of it with Toyota WS (or Aisin) ASAP.

Okay so everyone recommends I flush again the transmission with some fresh Toyota WS OEM fluid. Just some questions. 1. is the fluid color good? It was taken out after a 10 minute drive with the flush already done. 2. Can multi-Vehicle ATF damage a transmission? Or does it just make it shift weird? And the last one, how much quarts do you think the transmission hold? I'm not sure about the number.

See the attached PDF, pages 4 and 5, for fluid amounts per procedure.
Total fill, if the trans (7.2 L) and torque converter (5.3L) were bone dry, is 12.5 liters.

Quick update, I have driven the car for around 200 miles, the car shifts smooth, no problem, downshifts nice also, I have yet to find the courage to floor it (Probably never will, I'm too afraid to destroy the tranny). ButI have a problem, when I hit 25 mph and 37 mph, yes, exactly at those speeds, the car vibrates, I'm thinking torque converter clutch. I spoke to a friend who told me he thinks the clutch in the TC is glazed, he recommended me to drive it and change the fluid.
Just some other info so everyone can give me their opinion, the car has been misfiring since 2012, I haven't fixed that, one rear diff bushing is bad, a rear control arm is on its way out, and the car has very cheap chinese tires on the back (which if you leave them sitting for a week they lose pressure) which for at least two months were sitting in the same position. The vibration isn´t constant, happens some times, and usually when the car is all warmed up, when it vibrates I let of the gas and the vibration stops and If I press the gas again, it doesn´t vibrate anymore.
I´m thinking of having the car for a year or two more, is it worth it to change the TC? I don´t care for resale value, this car sells for about 2k here in Panama, no one wants a V8.

If you have a misfire you will have driveline shock/shake when the TC hits lockup, it's unavoidable so fix that first before anything else
