Apologies if this has already been covered before, I tried looking through the forums, and the most prominent miracast post I could find had the photos deleted. As of now, is there any way to easily/reliably get screen mirroring off of the factory nav screen in the LS430? I have heard some about beatsonic and miracast, but have not heard anything definitive regarding: their ability to display the screen while the vehicle is in motion, how it pairs with the backup camera, if it would retain steering wheel controls, does it require a separate unit for audio feed(grom, vaistech, etc.), and if it is something that can be installed at home vice going to a custom shop. If it makes any difference in what would be a better option, I already have a grom bt3 unit. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only way is with an aftermarket unit like the new VL2 from Grom. Basically you need an android piece of hardware, the VL2 just happens to use the original Nav screen.

It’s simple to install but it is not easy.
