Default How to diagnose electrical issue affecting lights/ NAV system

Hello folks. I’ve been noticing flickering in my rear mirror lights (both) and subsequent shutting off of my front left head light. Also my NAV screen has these weird but digital markings that seem like water damage but are not. I was wondering if anyone had any pointers of where to get started to diagnose what’s going on?

First stop, get your battery checked out.
You get some weird stuff when the battery is on it's way out.
If the flickering is when the motor is running, then it is 100% a duff battery.
