Default I noticed.....

I noticed my rear left end of my 2001 Lexus LS 430 is lower than the rest of the car. I am curious what that would mean. Photo to follow

i would think you probably have air suspension...... If so.... it might be an expensive repair unless you convert to coil overs all around. let's find out what you have first. Keep us posted. Do you have an UL package?

OP, likely your left rear air strut is going out / gone. Can replace that one unit which can be pretty pricey (and looks like you are in Hawaii so you have less used options) or replace the entire suspension with standard shocks/springs or aftermarket coilovers.

Everyone wants to jump on the air struts being bad without asking any questions.

Does the car get lower over time? If you leave the car sitting for a few days does that corner sink?

When you start the car does the air compressor turn on immediately and the car levels out?

You could have a bad height sensor or it has been mis-adjusted. When I bought my car the rear driver suspension height sensor linkage was zip tied onto the lower control arm, the bolt wasn't tight enough to hold it in place. My rear end was much lower than it should have been as a result.

Yes, it lowers when it sits.

Yes, it levels up when I turn on the engine.

Then it's almost certainly a leaky strut.
It is a known issue with all air suspension systems.
When they wear out, they leak and collapse and are $$$ to replace.
The Lexus systems are better than most but still eventually give up the ghost.
High repair costs are one of the joys of older high-end luxury cars.
