Default Small radiator leak

Tiny leak top right with minimal antifreeze crusting. Can it be sealed without radiator replacement?

No, not reliably. The top and bottom tanks will eventually separate from the fin/pipe stack like you are seeing and need to be replaced

A radiator is like $75 for a Denso. Just do it right the first time, before it gets worse. The plastic endtanks don't last forever...
