Default AC not cold enough

Someone rear ended my 2004LS430 and replaced bumper. After pick it up from body shop, noticed that AC is not cold enough. Took it to my auto shop but mechanic said ac temperature is fine on driver side but passenger side is not.
Told me to put max cold and ac was fine. However, it still feels not cold enough. What could be wrong?

These cars have a sight glass so you can check the charge level yourself without gauges. Sounds like you are low on r134 or one of your blend door actuators went bad. There is a way to check ac specific codes, which would show if there was an actuator problem. You need a dealer-level scanner, i.e. techstream.

Thanks. I'm sure I'll have to pay diagnostics fee but how much should expect to pay for r134 or blend door actuator replacement.
