Default Help with taillights

Hey guys my first post here, just picked up a 2001 ls430 ult. Discovered that none of the lights work on the back except the turn signals. Replaced all the bulbs and checked fuses still nothing. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and could shed some light on this issue. Definetely not comfortable driving without brake lights or at night.

This board controls tail lights. Those bulbs are getting the power from it. It's located inside of a box here in case of a Celsor UCF30/31. As far as I know, FETs are switching currents and relays are not used. I'd check voltages at current sensing resistors as a start of my troubleshooting to know where the voltage discontinuation is occurred.
