Good place to search for LS430 OEM Wheeels?
I'm looking to purchase a set of four 2004-2006 Lexus LS430 OEM wheels of the 5 spoke style. Brushed or Chrome finish. Where would one begin to search for these? I've tried the usual sites like Ebay and Craigslist with no luck. Just knockoffs.

I've never found a good way to save money on these. There are several threads on here warning about cheap knock-off's. The guy at my Discounttire even admitted many of the OEM replicas are softer compounds, more easily damaged. If you don't want to buy new on a discount OEM site, keep looking on Craigslist and Offerup.

Yahoo Auctions Japan and use Jesse Streeter for purchasing/shipping. Plenty of clean OEM sets across the pond.

Meh, actually were only a few sets of the 18" OEM wheels, most of which were pretty beat.
This set is clean though;

Factor in shipping and removing the tires and they become pretty expensive, about $1400 landed in the US.
This set is much cheaper and just needs some touch ups;

If you want to be like me and run the JDM only Celsior BBS wheel, here is a set that is in great shape. These were an optional accessory available from the dealership in Japan. AFAIK, I have the only set in North America. They are 18x7.5 +45 so they are identical to the factory wheels. I was all in at about $1500 to get my set, have the tires removed, and then shipped from Osaka to Houston which took about 30 hours via DHL.

Those auctions are still expensive, but if you want true OE (OEM), then $1400 or so is a big savings. There are people out there who do wheel repair, so if you find a set that is a little nicked up but cheap...might be worth it.
I have bought a set of used wheels before and did well, but I have always wondered how you know if they are true. I guess you have to take the seller's word.
