Agree with post above. You may be able to get them to fit and provide 12V to allow them to function but remember that the seat is part of the cars safety system. In a crash, the seat, head rest and seat belt are designed to hold you firm while the air bag deploys to cushion your impact from the steering column or dashboard. Some seats also contain side airbags that may or may not function with in a different manufacturers vehicle.

I have been in a front end collision with my 2003 LS and a Ford F350 towing a trailer that ran a red light. I saw how this system functioned, it worked well. I felt the belt tighten and cradle me in place while the air bag deployed and did its job. While the car was totaled, I walked away. Remember, each manufacturer has their own safety system, mixing components may result in impairing the effectiveness of the system. My advice is to replace or refurbish with LS430 seats of the same generation rather than replace with those from another manufacturer.

If your seats are in such bad shape, new leather covers and cushions can be purchased or look into custom sheepskin seat covers.

The most comfortable seats are the Mercedes S-class. Now, to match the electrical harness, movements, heat, cooling, massage, airbags, BCM and Seat modules and actual fitting would be a challenge.

After re considering, i think i will stick with my stock seats for now...I have plans to supercharge 'Lady Luna' and as you can imagine...it ain't gonna be cheap! Big boys gotta save every penny right now. As they say, paint comes last...Check out what I did haha! The spray on adhesive worked quite well!
I know it's ugly, but it's more of an experiment....i,d love to wrap the entire sest with this pink wool!
Also as you can see, i removed the entire center console and the CD player + storage bins and trim. For now it's just a delete, not sure what to put in it's place. Think i should just wrap carpet around the shifter?
I really would love to put some carbon fibre trim around it eventually, like how the IS350s have it. But i'm glad to be rid of the center console cubby....it irritated my arm while dfiving, i prefer to have nothing in that space.
What do you guys think?
