Default Ls430 radiator split at top,

I removed rad from vehicle, and it looks like trans fluid leaked on car port? I called dealer w vin #. He said my car does not have trailering package. After i replace the rad. Do i need to add trans fluid? If so how much? I will be replac thermostat/gasket, and with toyota long lasting coolant mix

You probably lost some transmission fluid when disconnecting the lines to the transmission cooler incorporated into the radiator. If you have an 01-03, use the dipstick to guide refilling the transmission fluid to full. If you have an '04-06, top up transmission fluid using the procedures described in many threads here (overflow port on the transmission, at proper temperature, etc.) or if you are confident just add back what was lost to a close approximation.

Only use the coolant that came with the car. Get the orange Toyota branded coolant. It is LONG LIFE and worth it.
If you use the traditional green coolant, you must completely drain and then flush the whole system. It will work but they put the orange coolant in the car for a reason.
Check transmission fluid with the dip stick and only use Toyota type IV or equivalent. Read your owners manual.

I also had problem when driving 100 miles or so and get low oil pressure. Chk the oil at dip stick , no oil. It seems that the crankcase pressure gets high and blows oil out of the oil filter? I have changed the pcv's from auto zone , but i have not attempted a long distance high speed (80 mph) . I have to keep a 5 qt oil and filter in trunk.. I drive from austin to san antonio but losing my confidence

The oil level itself gets so low you have to add?

Yes, when i look underneath there is oil all around filter only. ,looks like it is blowing oil out from gasket at oil filter? Like too much pressure is in the crankcase. It has happened 3 times, but only on long distance driving. I can drive 4 months in town, no oil lose, car drives great in town all day, only on long distance at high speed. I thought it was a motor defect or design flaw?

Remove the line from the PCV valve and start the engine (you'll have to cap the line) there should be mild blow by/air flow nothing serious. If you have too much or none something is completely clogged or the engine has a serious amount of blow by meaning piston ring issues. None would cause massive pressure build up, in extreme cases this can destroy cam and crank seals.

You should remove the oil filter and replace it. It could be clogged, or not sufficiently tight, or something else wrong. It should not leak at all. Replace the oil filter, tighten it properly (use a thin coating of oil on the gasket before you install it), fill up the oil to the full line and do the test presented in post # 9 above.

Trust me, i know how to change oil and filter. It is not my abilities at task, it is a flaw in the motor? When i was at home depot, a guy offered to buy the car, he said he only buys lexus. Then he mentioned the very same problem i was talking about, that the motor has a oil leakage problem at the oil filter and it only happens at high speed long distance driving. But he walked away before i could ask him for the fix or known problem? I can't find any solution on web, but it is a known problem. I use fram filters and castor oil only on all my cars. It seems to be crankcase pressure buildup? With the motor running i have vacuum at the pcv's?

The pcv,s have been replaced, there is air flowing. It does not burn oil,, it runs great in stop and go. I can drive all day in town, i change oil at 5k , everything looks normal just not long distances?

What happens if you rev the engine to high RPM and hold it there for say 30 seconds.

These (Bold and Underlined) are 2 things I would change immediately...
Genuine Toyota PCV and oil filters are both competitively priced compared to aftermarket junk.
Also, when did this become a known problem? I've never heard of it on a UZ motor until reading this thread.

Not a known problem. Using crappy filters and generic PCV valve is a good way to ruin your engine.
