Default Knock sensors🤦‍♂️

I changed my knock sensor for bank two yesterday and it was only the code p0330. After I hoped the check engine light would turn off but now p0330 turned on again along with p0325. So now both knock sensors are bad it says. I feel a loss of power since before the knock sensor came on. Could it be a air leak? Maybe the wires connected to the sensors? I’m going to try to buy both brand new along with the wires oem. Hopefully that works but if you know anything I would appreciate the help!

You need to use OE sensors bought from a dealer not eBay knockoffs, another option is NTK from ROCKAUTO

This and replace the wiring harness for them too.

I'm planning to change the starter and knock sensors. My LS has those black knock sensors that are used in other toyotas like camry / yaris.
Are there any non-oem sensors that will work well ? Or OEM is a must?

Hot tip - there are a lot of things that need removing in order to get to the knock sensors.

If you want to try the significantly cheaper non-genuine or off brand sensors (by all means it's your car to with how you see fit), just be 90+% OK with almost certainly needing to do the job again a second time around using the expensive *** genuine Toyota Denso sensors.

Removing the manifold gets a lot faster the second and third times around changing sensors 😀

NTK or WVE from RockAuto should work fine as mentioned earlier. I opted to get the OEM replacement

This is why I'm asking, of course I'd like to do it once I don't have any engine codes, but the car has 200K miles and I don't want to wait for them.
