Anyone paint any of their interior trim? I have some scratches on my vent bezel and it seems like it would be easy to paint if I pulled it out. Problem is finding the paint color.

I have the same issue. I accidentally used a strong cleaner and wiped some of the color away. I was planning on taking the part to my local Lowes and see if they have a color matcher. Or possibly local auto parts stores carry automotive grade paint too. I figure it'd be best to re-spray the whole plastic panel so it looks uniform.
