Hello,
When I start my car (either turn it on or start ignition) there is a long beep. Then it stops. My car clock always resets to an hour behind, which i fix with the daylight savings setting. I use a cassette in my car, before this issue started happening, the car would auto detect the cassette and keep playing when it is started. Now, since the beep has started, I have to eject the cassette and reinsert it, as well adjust the clock every time I start the car.
Anyone know what's causing this?

Sounds like the cars battery is dying. Get it load tested/replaced as it's probably on the way out.
