@kuWuPt, @Boykie, and all, thanks a bunch!!! I will get some more trans fluid into the car and heat up to the 95-108 F. I will also try to put the car into the Temperature indicator mode where the "D" turns on at the right temperature. (just as a sanity check).

Then I'll reset the ECT ECU and do the road test as you guys suggested. I have the perfect road in mind.

P.S. see the TSB pdf pos@texas008 in this thread (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...re-35-42c.html) clearly shows the temperature to be 95-108 F and 35-42 C. I went way over, oops!
