Rollover switch. I believe it's left side of trunk, may need to remove liner.

Wow, I never did look to see where that is located, but if that is where it is, that is ridiculous.

I did some internet searching. While almost universally among all cars, located in trunk, the LS460 may not have an inertia switch. There is a fuel pump relay under the hood in one of the fuse boxes for certain as it was posted and discussed here a few weeks ago. Hope this helps.

No physical switch, SRS unit detects collision using bunch of sensors around the car and sends CAN message to ECM to shut off fuel (and unlock doors and such).

So here is the background. I had a cam shaft positioning sensor go out on me well I was driving. I lost all acceleration and eventually ability to start. I have replaced the sensor but the car still won’t start. It turns over like it wants to start but doesn’t. Any suggestions?

Checking the fuse(s) and fuel pump relay first. Then the fuel pump itself. Techstream will detect any related codes to assist you. As Boykie states, it can be the SRS system and associated modules.
