Default 100k Service suggestions?

Hi all!
I have a 2013 LS460 (no air susp) with 99k miles on it. LOVE it! I got it with 80k miles on it, so, I'm not sure of the maintenance history.

I'm hoping to crowdsource some hints what I should check/replace at the 100k mark. Coils? Fuel Filter?

Thanks in advance!

The first thing to do is put in the VIN number into the decoder and let's pull up the maintenance history. Be patient. First things first.

Then, go to the Lexus drivers site and create a login and, we'll walk you through it to get the information you need.

Basically what they said. I'll go into more detail. Create the login at the Lexus owner's site. Add the VIN, which will add the car to your garage. Make it your primary vehicle if you have none other in there. Go to My Lexus at the top, then Maintenance, Service and Maintenance, then My Service History. Lexus has made it a royal PITA user-unfriendly site. In addition, they've had issues with the service history database. I always entered my "self performed" services in there. One day, I logged in, and they were wiped out. Customer service said there was an issue, but it was never fixed. Thankfully, I keep my receipts. I now enter everything into a spreadsheet and save on my Google Drive. The specs page is also screwed up. It now gives very generic info. For example, mine used to say UL for the ultra lux and ML for the Mark Levinson packages. Now, it gives the same basic description of any model.

With all that said, there's the factory maintenance schedule on the site also. In the same Maintenance menu, there's an option for My Service Schedule. Use the dropdown for the mileage. Also, if you google Lexus LS460 factory maintenance schedule, there should be a pdf online that shows everything, so you don't have to keep clicking the dropdown over and over again by mileage to find when certain major items are due. I looked for it again but can't find it. I referred to it recently, though.

Maintenance records are now back on the site. I was there a week ago.
Things that need to be done if not previously done. Spark plugs, clean throttle body and MAF sensors. Brake fluid and coolant change. Check serpentine belt, inspect hoses. Some folks like to do a drain and fill on transmission about 4 times to freshen the "lifetime" fluid, differential fluid change. Treat all rubber with ATP 205 to keep it pliable and fresh (doors, trunk, roof, etc). There are air filters under the front seats that can be changed and a smog sensor filter at the top of radiator. I'm sure I missed a few things.

On the Toyota TIS website, you can download all relevant manuals without creating an account.

A lot of items are to inspect this or that - if this were my vehicle, I would not hesitate to flush the PS and brake fluids. I would also replace the ATF under Lexus’ ‘special operating conditions’, aka severe service duty.

There's no fluid in the power steering, it's electric.
