Default 2010 odd electrical issues.

2010 Ls460 electrical gremlins
Edit: I’ve looked the car over well, and I can’t find any traces of water damage, previous accidents or anything related, terminals are clean and tight, battery is extremely clean still haven’t gotten it tested yet though, it’s such a clean car that’s why I’m so perplexed, it also has a clean fax to boot, we had a big rain here and everything was completely bone dry everywhere trunk all floors etc, but again, gas gauge etc etc etc… was not working so odd, I’ve had it work once this week for a trip back and forth to the store for 10 minutes, and when I went to leave it wasn’t working again, also I noticed the gauge just drops randomly when I’m driving, no bumps no braking, nothing, I know this is a super weird issue and I figured I’d try and ask here before trying to find a speciality shop, which isn’t a thing in my area so I guess wish me luck haha, any help is appreciated 👍

Just bought this car and I’m having some odd issues, the car runs great etc, the battery looks fairly new but I can't find a date on it anywhere, but randomly the gas gauge, gas door open button and backup camera and rear sunshade all stop working, then randomly I could turn the car on 20 mins later and they all start working again, I haven’t found any specific things that trigger these things to happen, it’s making me alittle nervous, anyone have any advice?

To rule out, do a load test on battery. Any auto shop can do it

I would start looking for water leaks, water damage, and damage from previous accidents.

Check your battery terminals. Take the cables off the battery and clean the posts and inside the clamps. Also check the ground connection from the battery to the chassis and or engine.
