So the right mirror is shutting on the passenger door glass. When I roll the window down, the mirror closes inside the car as the picture shows. I can’t attach the video for some reason of the mirror closing and opening. It sounds like the motor is having some trouble.

If the mirror is in the correct position when extended, it's likely there's a problem in the motor assembly. Especially with the noise you hear. You can find used entire assemblies on eBay cheaper ( under $150) and easier than trying to replace motor only. Be sure the mirror has all the same features as yours. Youtube likely has videos on how to replace.
