I wanted to provide you guys with an update. After replacing all of the hardware, the noise is still there. Midas suggested that I consult the Lexus dealership for further. The after market parts may be causing the issues. I am also having multiple suspension issues with this car and may just walk away from it. I will create another post for the suspension problems.

Can I ask - where did you apply the grease when replacing calipers/hardware? And what grease?

Not sure where the caliper grease was applied. Midas did say that they noticed that grease was applied. This was before the hardware was installed and right after the new caliper was replaced by another shop.,

I'd re-use the brake pads (unless of course it turns out they're the problem). Get some fine emery cloth and cut the glaze on the pads (if any) placed on a flat surface and wipe the pads on it 5 or 10 times. Clean off w brake cleaner or alcohol & install em

I'm surprised that Midas couldn't do a full diagnosis for you. Unless you told them specifically that it was the pads, shims, grease and it was not the rotors. Owner self diagnosis is one way shops are prevented from doing their jobs. It happens a lot. Especially if the shop has lots of business and wants to move things along.
