I had headlight issues where one low beam headlight was intermitent, but shop said bulbs were OK. Checked forum and it said to replace the Fuse Relay Engine Room Junction Box Block Box. Disconnected battery and Replaced with New OEM part #82720-50081 and reconnected battery. Prior to replacing Fuse Relay Junction Box, everything was working properly.
Error messages and continuous beeping! Brakes are working but very hard to press (like there isn't any power assist.). Carefully drove to AutoZone to check Battery and use their free FIX FINDER Tool. 1st Autozone didn't have the FIX FINDER Tool, but did battery check-Battery tested good, but something wrong with starting system. Took car to Another Autozone today (next day) and Battery (13 months old) tested bad (Poor Reserve Capacity). AutoZone replace battery inder warranty.

The question is how to proceed. Is there a simple fix or is this another expensive Lexus repair?
My guess would be either the wrong part number or/and you didn't connect everything.
It;s entirely possible that one of the connectors on the bottom of the fuse relay box didn't get seat/connected properly or a wire going into the connector got pulled loose. Also, the 2 grey relays had to be transfered to the new fuse box, so it's possible they didn't survive.
A dead/weak battery can cause these brake trouble lights to come on. though actual symptoms of brakes not working lends itself to the suggested fuse block connections. While I'm not familiar with Fix Finder, Lexus is very complex and typically requires a high end diagnostic tool or Tech Stream.
Thank you for your input. You were right, one of the connectors on the back of the fuse/relay junction box didn't snap in correctly or I just missed connecting it. All the VSC, PSC, Brake Malfunction, and ABS check codes went away. Naturally another issue came up.
No control panel display, although it did show the car door was open. Also Radio panel shows "Passenger Airbag OFF". Also, there power steering seems to be off. Dash Lights Out Passenger Airbag OFF
