SWFLA :
Yes, I used the aftermarket injectors, color green.
Car was running fine, it was just leaking coolant.

Call me mr obvious but if it was running fine before you worked on it then it was something you did or used for the repair, you only have one option and it's also obvious.

Gerf:
Some tabs also broke off, put I put some high heat silicon so they dont come off.
Also, I double check all connectors to make sure I did not miss any.
I think maybe the broken connectors are the issue, The car ran and sounded smoth idle for like 10 minutes, I drove it for like 5 minutes and everything was fine, I was happy but suddenly started to shake and check engine started to blink.
I suspect that the connectors are probably loose or came out. I found the oem connectors in rockauto and replace them.

Thanks.

As long as you used the specific sealant for Toyota/Lexus and no substitute, the valley repair is probably OK. But if you used different sealant and/or didn't seal it properly (follow factory procedure), there could be an issue from that repair now. I think there could be a danger of coolant getting into combustion chamber. Not positive. Maybe someone else can verify if a bad seal on valley could let coolant into combustion.

Technically you can't even 'just replace' HP injectors. They won't seal (they usually do though). There's a rather involved procedure to install new teflon seals to injectors before reinserting.
Also. Green? As in body of injector is green? Or band? Because green/brown are colors of LOW pressure injectors (upper rail).

My guess here - error during reassembly.

Pinched harness, unseated connectors, even misplaced connectors (that can explain good running on port injection then it switches on D4 and starts misfiring - OR SOMETHING).

Those type of connectors have a rubber seal inside the base that is held tight against the injector when the barb on the harness connector is snapped over the hook, silicone expands and contracts with whatever is around it so not a good choice for that use.
It's gonna suck hard if you have to do it all over.

Hello All,
Thank you for your support and advice, quick update. I installed - new injector connectors, and car is running fine. The aftermarket BECK/ARNLEY1591095 injectors are working just fine.
