I'm just curious, where and why would you have a need to be on cruise at 20mph?

If you’re serious, here’s how: remove your 21” or 20” wheels & tires. Find the formula for circumference. Calculate the percentage reduction you’re looking for. Apply that percentage to your circumferential number. Now you have the circumference you’re needing. Work that back to a diameter.
Your car will look great with 14” wheels.

Catching a lot of flak for such a simple question. It's safer at 20 than it is at 88.
And hello to the Netherlands! Had a buddy I met in Afghanistan that was in the Army there. Wouter, awesome dude.

I hope to get some useful information, with that I gladly accept that I also get people’s opinions.
I’m afraid I don’t know a Wouter that was in Afghanistan. I am happy to see that your experience with a fellow dutch guy was a positive one.

Flash forward to 2019 when we ordered my wife's 2019 Porsche Panamera. I ordered it with what Porsche called InnoDrive, which included radar CC. Well their CC works all the way down to 0 mph, and will start the car going forward as long as you are not stopped for more than a couple seconds.
I have to tell you that function is a God send when you are driving in stall and crawl traffic. We have been on I95 and other super highways where the traffic just moves along from a stop to 5 mph to 10 mph and then back down to 2 mph and then back up to 15 mph and then to a stop and so on. Such driving takes constant strict attention. With Porsche's CC you pay attention, but you are really just monitoring the car and steering, not constantly applying the accelerator and the brake. And the car always keeps you at a preset distance from the car in front of you. I think that function is very safe. You literally can't get into a rear end collision. I'll tell you it makes that kind of driving much less stressful.
I'll tell what's dangerous with every radar CC. Traveling at 65 mph on a highway and a half mile ahead of you the traffic is stopped. If you rely on radar CC, at least on both the LS and Panamera, if you don't intervene ahead of time, the car will wait until it senses the stopped car ahead of you and then hit the brakes hard. If the driver behind you is not paying attention, you will get rear ended.
