Hello everyone! First post here on Club Lexus and I hope someone here may have done this modification already with their car. anyhow, I am going to be installing some ambient lighting in the door panels of the LS the lackluster lighting on the dash is plain dim and can barely be seen. All I need is to find a 12v rail that has power when the vehicle power is on I was considering using the window switch as my source however, I cannot find which cables are for power. Any help is apricated!

The passenger side dash trim lighting is known to fail. Idk why. For the doors, maybe the memory seat controller has 12v to it? I'm not going to be much help here. I'm not sure if anyone here has the pinout to the doors. Maybe the door kick light? If you have something like this that may help you find the 12v's you are looking for.

i know, the OEM lighting is absolute dog poo. I’ve replaced it twice already and I’m much rather put in my own custom lighting where I can adjust the colors and it’s more visible. The seat controls may be a good idea though. Thanks for your input. I really appreciate it.
