Default New LS460 Owner - Source for Clips in Engine Bay

I just purchased a 2016 LS460 AWD with 10k miles, Atomic Silver with Black interior. I noticed that a few of the clips in the engine bay are missing. Also, I suspect that I will need a supply of them as the covers are removed over time. My question is where is the best source to get a small quantity of clips to replace the missing ones and have some on hand? Amazon or the like would be ok.

I will try to post some pictures in the next couple of weeks, thanks.

You can find them on e-bay. I bought a 100 of them for 10-12 bucks maybe 8 years ago.

Idk if US uses those, but those are wrong. 95% of under hood trim is held with 90467-07211 exclusively... Those are quick release too.
add: just checked EPC - same 90467-07211 for US models too.

Techs always seem to be lazy with these. I've replaced them a couple of times on the ES. The engine covers are a nuisance anyway. I have a pack of them in my glovebox. Keep some extras around.

I agree with using the OEM 90467-07211 clips. They are easy to remove and install. No tools needed.

I have a set of the Amazon ones, very inexpensive compared to OEM, but they also are not as easy to remove as the factory ones. You do need a small straight edge screw driver to pop them out, the removal tool doesn't work very good. You need a screw driver becuase you can't just push down on the little tab in the middle to release them like the factory ones.

I also bought a set on Amazon and they work good enough as you will be replacing clips every time you check the battery or remove any engine covers, even the Lexus dealer leaves clips off after service.....

You need to have a word with your dealer. I have never had a dealer leave clips off anywhere on the car. They do however wear out and need replacing after x times off and on but the OEM will last a very long time if you are gentle with them.

When I bring my LS to the dealer for an oil change (that is the only service they are competitive on) they always check the battery and always break a clip or two and do not replace. They are also one of the few Lexus dealers that will still do a complementary wash on any Lexus even if not purchased there so I do not push the issue as clips are pretty inexpensive and easy to install.
