For one with back problems, as I have, not to mention that I'm 82, I found a way to eliminate the need to stretch to the firewall with battery in hand (back killer) for installation. I placed a board of proper length and width to rest between the engine to fender area to the lip of the battery tray. Then I just lifted the battery to the board and slid it onto the tray. Piece of cake.
You can always pay more that would include installation but I get my car batteries at Costco where installation is not available but where the price is the lowest by far in my S. Florida area. $130 with core OTD, for my '11 LS460. The battery is an Interstate, group 24, 770 cca's. Comes with 36 month prorated warranty.
Tough to beat Costco prices. Advance Auto wants over $200 for the DieHard for the LS460.

The battery box is in an awkward spot and those group 24's can be around 60 lbs so installation can be a problem if you have back issues, keep a battery tender on it to help it last.
