Well I'm on the 4th page of search results on this topic and while the question as been asked many times, I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on yes or no if it will work and what steps are involved..

I have a 2008 LS460L and the air suspension is bad on the front.

Can I replace the bad air strut w/ a used NON AIR oem piece?

Can I simply do the front 2 or do I need to change all 4 to NON-AIR??

Some threads state I must adjust the suspension controller or pull a fuse or adjust height sensors. One thread said I had to just the AFS as well (headlights??)

Any info that would answer this definitively once and for all would save me about another several pages of reading through search results.
