Regardless of which side the driver is seated on, bank 1 will always have cylinder #1, which will be the cylinder that is the first one attached to the crank, it’s going to be about “2-“3 ahead of #2, it’s counter part on the opposite bank. If you’re looking at the front of the engine, bank 1 is almost always on your right.
