There's a whole thread about it in the Hybrid section (LS600HL DIY Hybrid Battery replacement(using Prius cells) - Page 6 - ClubLexus - Lexus Forum Discussion)
If you do the conversion I'd highly recommend you pay a company that will warrantee their work and the battery pack itself. This is not a DIY job.

Anything is possible with enough money but why? You won't get any more power out of it. Your car has a higher chance to burst into an uncontrollable fire. It costs a lot more. I'm not seeing an upside.

It won't change the mileage. The voltages will be the same. The power is electronically controlled and that won't change either. Lithium is less heat and cold tolerant. It's more expensive. Lithium batteries don't last as long. The cooling system is designed for nimh and not lithium. The only possible upside is that it can have more capacity. But you won't be able to use it. Basically you'll spend 10x the money installing it for having no demonstrable difference and probably breaking other things on the car b/c it wasn't designed for it. Doesn't pass the cost v benefit analysis which is why no one is doing it.
