Default Abnormal force at brake pedal to stop the car

Hello everyone,

this post describe the exact same issue I’m having with my 2011 LS460 110k miles.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...the-car-3.html

when I trying to slow down I feel no issues at all, but if I want to stop let’s say for traffic signal and the speed rech to +/- 5 m/h the car feels like jumping and wants to go with higher speed -let’s say 7 m/h- so at this moment I must put more force to the brake pedal and hold this force to keep it at 0 m/h.

nots:
I have changed the brake pads
I flushed the break fluid many times
I don’t have any lights on the dash but I scan it with techstrem and C1241 code shows up (low or high power supply voltage) I clear it and it’s not come back again
I have toke it to many car workshops and they all says everything ok!

It could be a lot of things... did you bed in the new pads in properly? 10-20 stops from ~40-0, to heat them up, and match the surface to the rotor?

I changed the pads hopefully there was what causing the problem, but there is no different also I bleed the system and everything seems to be good, only issue what I described previously while stopping the vehicle and keep it stopped.

Be cautious that your foot is not spanning the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal simultaneously. Sometimes people with large feet, special shoes or medical problems have that sort of issue. Maybe have a friend or associate observe your pedal operation technique while you are experiencing the problem.
