Default MAF Sensor, but which one?

I have a 2014 LS460 and am getting a MAF sensor code. Assuming one of them is bad, I'm just going to replace it. Having said that, how to know which one is bad (there are two in the LS).
Just want to avoid paying for 2 if only one is bad.

Thanks in advance!

Lexus service manual says that if P010F is the only DTC, the problem may be caused by three things: 1) an air induction system leak, 2) a ventilation hose connection leak, and 3) a bad MAF sensor (either LH or RH). If P010F occurred together with other DTC's, trouble-shoot and solve other DTC's first. So, if it is a bad MAF sensor, it could be either LH or RH, unfortunately.

Both sensors are the same part# so the easiest thing to do is swap side to side, you will have to rotate them because they are in different orientations for the retaining screws to line up. That code is described as sensor A so if it changes to B it's probably the sensor.
Have you cleaned or had them cleaned recently? I would check to see if the connector locking tabs or pins are damaged.

Boykie: Don't have anything but a Carista code reader so not sure how I'd look at "Live Data".
Gerf: Haven't touched them, just recently got the code. When I looked it up, there didn't appear to be a different code for A or B.

Then what?

Not all vehicles have dual MAF's. Carista probably doesn't know that but I've never used it either. the code's a comparison of air/fuel ratio and I don't know how off it has to be set one, but it's probably not much.

If P010F is the code for sensor A, what is the code for sensor B? The same? If so, how would I know which one is bad?
Thanks

The code may be the same but without techstream or a more advanced scan tool you might not get the added sensor A or 1/ B or 2, Carista will only get the generic trouble codes that are required by law for obd2. I was looking at my airflow backwards on my car and made an incorrect statement...I haven't had to do much on this car and it shows lol.

Just buy one. Install it. If the code does not reappear you found the bad one. If the code comes back in stall the old good sensor. Fixed.

Cave dog is right. Have you tried cleaning the maf sensors? It’s so easy to do. As pointed out, there may be other things causing the code.

What if it doesn't change anything and the sensor was installed in both locations? It's best to find the problem before you replace parts.

Does your car run any different since this code appeared? It wouldn't take much unmetered air to give you some drivability problems. I don't know if you work on your own cars or not but you could just pop off the centre engine cover and look at these areas circled and with an arrow to make sure they aren't loose or something.
