So we have a 2010 LS460L with the Gen 4 Nav system. The last update we did was in 2015 which was the version 14.1. The updates were always 1 year behind the current model year. Lexus of Tulsa told me today that the last version for the Gen 4 Nav is 19.1. The price is $169 plus labor rate to install via a USB install system. Has anyone with the 07-15 LS upgraded to the version 19.1?

Hi Dennis,
I installed the latest (and Final) Nav update available for my 2014 LS in October 2023. PT-219-HDD07-19 GEN7 V19.1 NAV MA. $169 plus taxes $182.08 for the part. My service advisor quoted $205 for labor on the day of the service, but another service writer had already provided me a quote for $255 (parts and labor) when I approved the service over the phone a week earlier. They honored the lower price, but I was informed that since the update takes more than an hour, the labor cost was much higher than what I paid (~$73). I am happy with the update.

So your 2014 LS had version 13.1 installed when it was new. That would be a 6 year increase. Did you see a big difference when you upgraded to 19.1?

Hi Dennis,
Yes, very happy with the update. There were quite a few road projects completed in my region after 2014, and the update included all the changes.
