Welcome to the forum. Lots of posts on this subject. Forum etiquette is to do a search on the forum before asking procedure questions. You'll not only find what you're asking but advice on choosing OEM vs non, also if programming is required. Other than oil and similar, the LS is very computer centric and often requires TechStream software of other capable software. Good luck with your project and ask again if the search doesn't give you answers.

These connectors are known to break. There are black ones on one side of the engine and the grey ones on the other side. They are sold separately and I believe it is preferable to buy grey connectors for either side because they made out of better plastic. I think all the information you need you can find in this thread

my concern was about bottom nylon seal installation, understood that without special tool, they can't be replaced.. also been looking info how to seat injectors properly...to the rail first, then to cylinder head.

I see. If everything else fails try TIS. TIS portal ( https://techinfo.toyota.com/ ) might have the information you're looking for. I used that portal for the electrical schematics and some other stuff in the past. I think they have engine repair manuals as well. You can buy 2 days subscription for $25 and download whatever you need.

Yes the little white seal must be replaced on DI injectors. It is a press type fit. The top o rings can be reused but id replace it also since it has been out. More so if it appears damaged or compressed.

you lucky....
It could be 50/50...leak or not...
Also it could not leak fuel..but leak combustion....those injectors work hard, and leak can increase temperatures and more issues to come...connector, wires breaking..or even fire..
sensor showing almost 1700 psi..fuel pressure at the rail..
lexus engineers stupid?
I dont think so...
I learned expensive way, bought 4 ...350$ each, new injectors,THEY ARE COMING WITH NEW TEFLON SEALS,BUT THEY NOT INSTALLED...,luckily lexus texs..we're friendly, they installed seals on new injectors...I installed on my car...will see how it goes...
another lesson learned...
Better to buy new orings, seal and tool as well, follow the procedure and do yourself...but its time consuming and stressful...
I love my LS...but its aging, 14 years old and almost 200k miles,11 years in Chicago harsh conditions...issues to come, air suspension, rusts appeared, seen small oil leaks,on valve covers,by fuel pumps as well, alternator, starter,ac,even water pump are from the factory, I guess they going to let know about themselves, even I took care well about my car

i didnt say it wasnt possible but the little white teflon seals cost under $2 each. With the price and work required to get a DI injector out, not replacing them seems silly. They are very easy to swap out and autozone rents the tool for the job. The HPFP and demands on DI injectors means dont chance a catastrophic leak. You can tell the difference when seating an injector with a new seal vs old. Always replace.
