Default Any help? 2008 Lexus LS600HL CEL codes...

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting in the LS section of the forums. I used to own a 2007 Lexus IS350 and then upgraded to an 2008 Lexus ISF. I now currently own a 2008 Lexus LS600HL. Just yesterday, my LS600HL recieved a CEL. I pulled two codes:

P1362
P1364

I can't really find anything much on where to start or what the issue could be. I did check the ecu for any loose connectors but there are none. I am pretty stump and curious if anyone came across this issue and what was the solution? Any help is deeply appreciated.

Have you had any work done on it recently?

Judging by error codes, there is something wrong either with the actuator or the wiring (could ECU as wella)? Did you check the wiring?

I have checked the wiring. It does look good. I have not tested the wiring harness but everything seems intact. I am also leaning towards the left side actuator. Curious if this part number is the one?

So a little update. I did replace the front driver side cam actuator. The problem still existed. I checked the LH VT relay and it is still good. I had a help of a buddy who did more electrical diagnosis. Found that the ground wire was bad. We unplug all the ecu as well to see if it could be the ecu but it was not. Now I know the ground wires to both plugs going towards the LH VT actuator is shorted. Now for the bad...

After plugging up all the plugs and putting my plug back into the battery, my car WILL NOT START! It will open and lock all doors. Everything seems to work but the dash light. The dash lexus logo comes on and that's about it (besides the park light and open side door lights when opened).... I read that it could be an immobilizer issue in which I tried locking the door and unlocking it and tried to start it but it does not start. The radio, navigation, horn and everything works but the indash light does not light up. I left it like this as it was getting late.

The next morning, I tried to start it and VIOLA, it started! I left it running for about 10 mins. I let it idle in my garage while I went to make me a quick breakfast. When I walked back into my garage. The car shut down but I can hear the fans blowing. Like it stalled out? I tried to restart the car and it won't start. Does the same thing like the previous day with everything working besides the in dash light (cluster) not lighting up to show the car is on the "on" position.

I am stuck. Pretty much all beat as I spent my whole weekend diagnosing it in my 99 degree garage.

Please refer to the pics.

I'm trying to do this without going to the lexus dealership but I am so tired of this.... any help will definitely be appreciated
