Don't know. If not then you'll need to use a heli-coil.

Worst case, you have to helicoil the thread hole, which you should have done by a professional mechanic (requires drilling out the hole to a larger size, threading the hole and installing a helicoil insert). Is the upper camshaft assembly bolted to the head in your car and the above pics are taken from the internet? If so, access for a mechanic to do the helicoil repair might require him/her to remove the upper camshaft assembly to get access to the bolt hole. Yes, the bolt needs to be torqued to factory specs - the bolt is there for a reason. The threads won't magically fix themselves and adding something like JB Weld will only cause a future problem.
