Default Puzzling out 02 sensor wiring colors that do not match

I have a 2007 Lexus LS460L. Swapped out the starter last week, but in the process pulled the clip off of the computer end of the upstream, passenger sideO2 sensor wiring connector. The computer/engine/car side of the connection has 4 wires: 2 Black, 1 White, 1 Black with a red stripe. The 02 sensor side also has 4 wires: 2 Black, 1 White, 1 Blue. What I could find showed the 2 Black wires as heaters, the Blue as Signal+, and the White as Signal-. So I connected Black to black (assuming it didn't matter which heater wire was connecter to what heater wire), white to white, and blue to black with red stripe. Now I'm getting a check engine light and my OBD2 trader gives me P2242 and P2198codes. Any ideas as to what I might have done incorrectly?

B-R wire seems to be connected to an air fuel sensor. Did you actually check where black and white wires go?
