Default Car is still pulling right after alignment

I just bought a 2014 F Sport a month ago. It was pulling to the right when I bought it so the dealer (Autonation Lutz FL) told me to come back for alignment. I took it to one of their affiliated dealers which is Lexus Clearwater today for the alignment and it is still pulling. I guess the techs do not test drive them after? I am wondering why this might be. No known accident history. I'm really starting to worry that there is some hidden issue. I let the dealer know and I will be bringing it back. What do you guys think the issue could be? The front tires have good tread and tire pressure.

Did you get the before and after printouts?

I have pretty bad experience with wheel alignment at the dealers. Bad to the point of not allowing them to touch my wheel alignment at all. Got burned at two different Lexus dealerships with two different cars. My ES350 was driving perfectly straight until it was touched by dealer and it took several attempts to make it straight again. My LS got touched and steering wheel went off center. Wheel alignment is very precise job and can not be done by whoever was available at the moment. It is possible that your alignment wasn't done right as well. I'd say take a look online for alignment service in your area and check on the reviews. You could also try to go back to the same dealer again and tell them that it wasn't done right and let them fix it.

Seems unusual that there is still a problem if they aligned it. Makes u wonder if they really did it? Or if they aligned the wrong car or something. Dealerships are so short of technicians these days. Have you checked the tire pressure? How does the tire tread look? Is it consistent across all 4 tires? Are the tires brand new and the old ones got replaced because the alignment was bad and they wore out quickly? It could be that something in the suspension is bent, and they tried to correct it by making some adjustments, but because the other dealer is paying the bill, they tried to get it in back in spec without spending any extra money to replace the bent part. It doesn’t mean the car was in an accident or there is something wrong with the car, the last owner could have bumped into a curb or hit a pothole and bent a control arm or something. If it’s still pulling after they work on it next time, go right back to the dealership and take the service writer for a drive. And make it clear that you want to know what is going on, if the car has some issues, they should tell you, and then you can go back to the dealer you bought it from with facts, either the cost to repair it, or if there is something wrong and they didn’t disclose it, you might want to return it.

Here's a scenario. You bought a car that has worn front suspension parts. It was pulling from the day you bought it. Maybe they didn't know. So, they do the cheapest fix, an alignment. A 2014 is bound to have worn suspension unless you have records showing otherwise. Suggest you go to Lexus drivers website and register the VIN. It'll have records of all Lexus/Toyota services. Maybe the previous owner stayed with dealer services, if not, then no recent records. I'd go to an independent Japanese car knowledgeable shop and have them check for worn suspension parts including ball joints, bearings and control arms, etc. It won't cost much for diagnosis, they just lift it and manually check with pry bars for loos suspension. Yelp usually is a good place to search.

Thanks for the replies . The dealer did not even give me the before and after print outs. I should have asked. The front tires are newer, rear tires have very little tread left. I let the manager at Autonation know that I expect new rear tires ASAP. My research has led me to a few possible culprits, a tech who didn't know how to align it , radial pull do to faulty tires, worn bushings or a bent control arm. The original dealer I bought it from told me I can drop it off there. They are Autonation USA located in Lutz FL which is Tampa. They are not Lexus techs and probably not even great techs to begin with. That dealer is over an hour away too. I am frustrated right now to say the least
