ISF TCM adapter interest?
So just throwing this out here to gauge interest on this potential project of mine. Digging through some wiring diagrams and an awful lot of supplier websites, some of which from overseas, I've managed to locate 4-5 of the 6 connectors that would be required to make an electrical harness adapter that'd allow us to run an ISF transmission control module in an LS460.
It'll take some more digging for sure to locate the remaining connectors and god forbid the amount of wiring work it'd take to create each adapter.
If this is something I could actually feasibly do, is there interest if I sold such a thing? I'd likely charge the sum of a flat hourly rate for however long it takes to build one.
Obviously it'd take a few weeks to a few months to have something ready to go, testing and whatnot. I can seemingly get my hands on a 2010 ISF TCM for <$250 if I buy it tomorrow, and I could use that for testing.
Whaaaaaatre the chances I blow up something on my LS if I mess this up? Let's hope none 😅
