Analyzing and speculating on the snippets of information we have is called fun - maybe you've heard of it. Sure we could be wrong, but so what?

YESSSSS!!!!!! Now the car is perfect.

Sharp eyes, great find!!!

Several things we've uncovered:

1. There is an 'Ultra Luxury selection' for the SWB;
2. BOTH seats can recline and have memory, even if only one has the ottoman in the special package
3. The front passenger now has memory seats, in line with ALL Lexus models...

Now to figure out the steering wheel buttons, etc....

 

The Lexus.jp site has been updated to 'Lexus LS Geneva' and there is a new safety video as well as several pages of safety equipment explanations in Japanese.

Still doesn't look like it has the passenger side seat memory in the Geneva car. The pic in the Lexus Europe site seems to be the only one that has those buttons . . .

I wouldnt be to concerned. I'm sure the LS will have it. I mean, it has a lot of unimaginable features. Cant see someithng as small as Memory seats being overlooked.

I'll be the chauffeur anyway when I get this car , & I never think memory for passenger side is really too useful anyway, but it's neat to have them that 's all.

 

hehe believe me, the passenger memory seat will be a 2000 bucks option now, specailly when lexus see how interested people are about it

Yup, I noticed that pic too...the Lexus Europe pic is the only one, for a sec I was wondering if it had been photoshopped on, but nah, Lexus wouldn't do that...LOL.

I think just like the 2 right steering wheel buttons, the earlier pics and display models don't have all the features included...

...although I'm wondering if the passenger memory will be an option.

Now the driver monitor thing looks a bit weird to me, kinda a 'HAL 9000' feel. And I'm wondering about the camera systems...

Also, that article on the safety features lists the camera distance as '25 cm' I think that's in error, probably '25 m'

 

Remember gang, its a pre-production car, not the actual model sold. There is a chance a couple minor things will change/be added/deleted by fall this year.

I will say that I'm starting to like the center console a lot more now. I thought it was kinda mediocre at first, but these new pics of the interior are stunning. I love it.
