Thank you, enigma354, and XeroK00L for their kind remark. IMO, the show car @ Geneva is the same car displayed @ Detroit. The sensor located behind the steering wheel is a "stick-on" dummy part and same for the stereo camera. It looks out of place with its black plastic cover...not too Lexus-y. Also, please correct me if I am wrong: Is it true that only cars sold to the N.A. market has the car's VIN displayed at the bottom left corner of windshield? If my speculation is correct, then the car @ Geneva is definitely from N.A.
Just my 2 cents.

With the use of information obtained by the stereo cameras and millimeter-wave radar device, Emergency Steering Assist not only adjusts the tire steering angles by using an active steering mechanism called "Variable Gear Ratio Steering (VGRS)" but also controls the vehicle system as a whole including the suspensions and brake in order to avoid collision.

That is not the same car as in detroit. It is a new prototype. The car in detroit was an LS460 sable (grayish with a hue of brown with ecru interior) The LS460L was silver with black interior.
The pic from geneva is an LS460 ..cant tell if its the longwheelbase though. it is silver with ecru interior.
