and yeah, i wonder if awd will be standard or option. I HOPE/WISH it's just an option.

I would say if the LS600h comes with AWD as standard, that may eliminate the model from my consideration already . . .

Even MB had to concede at the attempt to make the S-Class in AWD only. And look at the sales number of the A8.

and i also agree that most of the sales of ls600h will be in cali and florida (more in cali obviously), and the use of awd is almost none here anyway. so that's why i don't see the reason for it.....
and xero, i am crossing my fingers. see, they had the rx400h ONLY as fully loaded WITH awd in the beginning, but now they offset fwd version. the gs450h, when first advertised, was SUPPOSED to be fully loaded with awd too, but now it's just rwd
i am putting my hopes up on the ls600h i guess

look at those HEADLIGHTS, just like the original concept. It also has a 5.0litre engine, THIS IS THE BEST CAR IN THE WORLD. (the amount of technology, features, safety, performance-efficency, style and quality is just terifiyingly scary; wow man created this machine)

The car looks gorgeous in black, thx for the link, Lexus Fan!
I assume that this LS 600h is the LWB only for all markets, and that the look is as indicated...with different headlights, the same 'hybrid' lower body side trim like the GS 450h...
Will there be anything else different? Looks like the LS 600h includes the top-of-the-line New LS features.

Just to mention...the music is playing on the streaming vid now.
It's the same ES 350 reveal music, and that annoying guy saying 'credentialed media only seating' every few seconds!!!

The LS600h will only come in the LWB...
and only have the AWD. The earlier questions about configurations were comparing it to a conventional auto which it certainly is not. The ECVT is very advanced and when you have AWD you can actually get more torque to the ground than a RWD only. The new flagship will be unmatched in technology probably for the rest of the decade...Enjoy the show.
