Um, the only video that I got to work with a minimum of connection interrupts was the Normal video, so I'm sorry but the higher connections, with better sound quality, simply were too laggy for recording. The quality of the clip itself is ok, but there are still a skip or two....

Whoa can you share with us how you managed to record the video? I have not yet found a way to record the Flash video streams to this date. Um okay actually I know some software that can do video capture of any part of the screen, but the quality of the resulting video usually degrades a lot. Did you do it any differently?
