If that's true, I wonder what options will be missing for the 460L ? will the 460L even get a UL version with air suspension etc. ?
We already know the LS460L will get the 4 seat & RSES package as options so that can't be what is missing . . .
Thanks for the link enigma

but i wonder if the lower bound is NOT the base price. it says the ls460 is 65k. i think it might be the normally loaded version? and if the ls460l loaded is 75k, i think it's a bargain, considering that it's only 3k more expensive than the current ls430ul.
but the 102k ls600hl loaded, that sounds right to me.

LS 600h L from $82,000-$102,000

Supposedly the LF-A will come in around $110,000, and a Super Lexus Sedan will also be up there!
I'm a bit uncertain about the 'Super Sedan' if it will help or hurt the LS' image as the 'ultimate Lexus' but its all rumor...perhaps it will add to the LS' image by being called the 'Super LS' .

This is odd because my Dad went to the NY show and he said they specificlly danced around anything about pricing.

Well it could be just a rumor then, who knows maybe the person was blowing hot air. I take these numbers with a large grain of salt. I think the base price of the LS 460 jumping from $56,000 to 65,000 is rather steep, and I think there should be a higher range for the 460 L like others have mentioned.
And another thing is, the LS 600h L is supposedly coming quite well-equipped. Based on what we know so far, there will be a limited number of options for the 600h L as it is a flagship pinnacle vehicle and many items come standard (sort of like the SC 430). So why that would get a larger range than the 460 L is beyond me. I think the 460 L should have more options, and even some overlap.

It's already said in the mini LS brochure scanned in the other thread that the 4-seat RSES option has to be special ordered, so $75K is not even the uppermost price range for a LS460L, he made it up himself

Here's what another got out of the NY Show, for what it's worth :
I talked to several Lexus reps after looking at the gorgeous cars.
The consensus is
LS 460: mid 60s
LS 460L: add 4K
LS 600h L: priced around S550 (approx. 88-90K). Almost all of them were unanimous that it will never exceed 100K (even after loading all possible options).
There was no news on ultra-Lexus Sedan. They flat out denied anything like that and were clear that no such thing has been planned or will ever be introduced to the market. They also categorically affirmed that lexus will never go beyond V8 in sedans.
They were however wishy-washy on LF-A supercar.

It also has this thing they call the accident prevention system I don't exactly know the spec on it but they said it will come with one. The first 8 speed auto tranny in the market 19 speaker system w/ hard drive that can hold up to 4000 songs and will close the rear doors with a push of a button. Rear seat occupants get individual DVD monitors. The climate control system is state of the art measures both cabin temp and the body temp of the occupants and will adjust accordingly.
