^^So you can't get these exactly (?) on the 460?
Rear Seat Upgrade package
Executive Class Seating Package
Advanced Parking Guidance System

The long-wheelbase LS 460 L brings with it 4.8 inches of additional space and a long list of outstanding standard conveniences, including Gen 5 Lexus Navigation with XM factory-installed satellite radio with real-time traffic, climate-controlled front seats, heated rear seats, a new heated steering wheel, power rear sunshade, a new one-touch open/close power trunk, power door closers, headlamp washers, and laminated side glass, which is exclusive to the long wheelbase.

I guess it makes sense to exclude the heated rear seats, power rear seat sunshade as options for the SWB version, but no real reasons to exclude the rest other than the fact that it's the way they want to package them for more streamlined production for what they anticipate as the more popular option combinations ?

Above link is also from the Toyota/Lexus press room where the press release is posted. This is marked "Specifications and Features" Dated today.
Lots of little details. Starfire Pearl is listed as a color and Heirloom Pearl which was in the mini brochure is not. (Both are white variants) They also give the interior trim and wood combinations eg. Alabaster Leather will go with the dark brown ash burl.
Body heat sensor described as a standard feature.
More detail about the trim in some of the packages. For example, Luxury Package has semi-aniline leather and it specifies "additional leather trim on armrests" They describe the Executive Class Seating Package (I have not heard it described that way before) as having "leather trim for the lower instrument panel". Actually the current Custom and Ultra LS have the leather on the armrests as well as the lower instrument panel (glove box etc.)

"A new automatic electric parking brake system, which eliminates the chore of pressing a foot-operated pedal, is standard for added comfort and convenience."

On the ottoman, agree. But I have a feeling that part of the news release is unclear. I think the 'exclusive to the long wheelbase' is unclear as to which items, as this comes at the end of a long sentence.
allnewls.com says that the SWB offers the rear climate controlled seats, for instance. Perhaps the laminated side glass is the exclusive? I have a hard time believing that the rear sunshade would be excluded from the SWB; side shades perhaps. And the Euro LS tested in Auto Bild had RSES, but I don't expect that here.

It's great to be one of the first to see the car in person, but it kind of makes their press release to the public not as exciting for some reason. I guess we're spoiled.
