I was in JM Lexus Saturday evening.

I was told by the sales team that on October 20th they will have an official showing to the public of the new LS460 and LS460L. I will be receiving an invitation. They seemed to feel that would be my first opportunity to see the car, yet some of you have been thinking we may get to really see the car before then??

They still had no pricing nor did they even know what option/packages they would be getting.

They did tell me they had about 60 2006 LS430 and are selling them for about $10k to $13K under normal prices (basically pushing them out the door, same with 2006 GS300's).

lol for sure a lot of people would have sat, driven, and seen the car before 10/20 during the lexus driving events. but nonetheless, it's a cool thing for dealerships to have a launch event and invite people over!

good chance to get a LS430 real cheap if one doesnt care about the new upgrades

I'd rather wait until the 460 goes real cheap instead of purchasing a 430. lolz. the 460 just makes the 430 look ancient.
