Hello,

Does anyone know if the exterior colors for LS 460 will be any different form those of LS 430? That is, any new color besides the ones seen on Lexus website currently?

They're ALL new...

(with the exception of Mercury Metallic)

LS460 colors:
smoky granite mica, mercury metallic, opaline pearl, verdis mica, obsidian, golden almond metallic, heirloom pearl, noble spine mica, black opal, black sapphire pearl, truffle mica.

LS430 colors:
blue onyx, black cherry, cypress, briarwood, mystic gold, moonlight, crystal white, mercury, flint mica, black onyx.

Thank you. Is there a URL where I could see these colors please?

Also, I am having some difficulty even guessing what some of these colors are from the fanciful names. Do you happen to know if any of these is metallic blue that is LIGHTER than blue onyx?

There are scans of a min-brochure with color chart HERE, but only the low-res scan remains, the high-res scan in the link there seems to be gone They are hardly good depictions of how the real paint on the car will look like, but they aren't accurate depictions even if you look at a real brochure's color chart, but it should give you some idea . . .
smoky granite mica - dark grey/charcoal
mercury metallic - plain silver
verdis mica - dark green
opaline pearl - looks like a light bluish silver
obsidian - black
golden almond metallic - gold/champagne
heirloom pearl - white
noble spine mica - maroon/ruby red
black opal - dark purplish blue (exclusive to the LS600hL)
black sapphire pearl - dark blue (not sure how much lighter than the blue onyx)
truffle mica - dark grey with a brownish hue
