Default new owner ls460l, need wheels ASAP!!!

So I just got my black/black LS460L, and I am in dyer need of wheels. Granted I am young (20's), but I have good taste, and never get anything ridiculous looking. I am really looking for anything that will fit this car is 20, 21, or 22" format. I have been reading on here that fitment is an issue, but I really have a problem driving a car with stock wheels, so something has to happen so I can get thisthing outta the garage! Is there any where I can order the Wald wheels, or does anyone have the correct offsets for a staggered set of wheels for this car, so I can have a custom set made? Thanks in advance, and I will post pictures of the car tomorrow for you guys.

Congratulations on the new LS460L and welcome to CL
Can you tell us the different options and pricings?

Did you previously have any renntech upgrades on any mercedes, which I don't see any listed in your sig?

What style are you going for? Mesh, classic 5 star, split spoke..........?

Go to our vendor section and ask. I'm sure they are working on fitments, but none has posted so far that I've seen.

IMO, I would go 20's, maybe 21's. For 22's, I get queasy thinking there's only about an inch of sidewall rubber

congrats on your new car. i can understand that the stock wheels are small. but unless there are options to lower the car, putting larger wheels make the car looks funny i think

Call Derek at D2 Automotive, he's one of our vendors. Everyone I've seen here on this forum has said he's VERY helpful and will take care of you well.

Any chance you're located in south florida and willing to give me a ride in the new car?

Is this automobile for you or to impress others? You are so ashamed of the wheels that you won't drive it? I can't understand that kind of thinking.

i never mod my car for "others" to see, but for sure i am ashamed of my sc430 with the stock wheels. when you get a car, you can't escape from the time you LOOK at it.

We can order the WALD or ZONE wheels for you. ZONE is already stocking the 20-21-22" sizes and has measured the car. Feel free to contact us for a price quote, etc

I have 22's with that 1" of rubber you refer to and its no different than my 20's that I had before.

Yes, I believe D-2 and Bob are working precisely and fast on getting those new LSs looking right with larger diameter wheels.

In my 20's also and thinking the same thing. I loved the 5 star mono block style on the Benz. A different style 18 or 19 would be good for me.
