Those rates look comparable to what Lexus Financial Services have quoted me. Has anyone used leasecompare.com before to lease a car?

 

On Lexus own web site for a LS460L costing $81,076 a 36 month lease with 12,000 miles per year @ 7.1% interest rate is calculated at $1,303 per month. The residual based on that is implicitly $47,844 or 59%.

That *only* way I'd consider leasing that car with such poor residual values is if I planned on keeping it anyway and the money factor was outstanding. I'd lease it to lower the payments and get the good interest rate and then buy it out at the end.
